Japanese Customer

Our company had a Japanese customer's audit, just two days before the week of Hari Raya.

I've learnt a lot from the audit. 

You might wonder whether Japanese can speak fluent English. 

The truth is, they don't speak fluent English, but we can understand what they tried to delivered.

And they pay attention to very small details. 

Basically, we were screwed. Sad but true. 



One of the auditors told us a funny story about Malaysia's hotel. Actually not funny, since Malaysian who used to stay in local hotel already know about it.

He complained that there is no tooth brush in their hotel. And he was surprised. HAHA

Furthermore, he said that it was the same in Singapore's hotels. He used to stay in a hotel in Singapore and he told us" There's nothing!"  

LOL, he's so funny. Malaysian and Singaporean hotel management should think about the lesson of the story.
